Tenant Services from Bush Management

The Process  |  Students First

At Bush Management we pride ourselves on having a wide selection of properties on offer to suit everyone's needs and budgets, ranging from one bedroom apartments in central Norwich to luxury barn conversions in the countryside and everything in between. Our website is automatically updated with every new instruction. By registering with us online we will be able to notify you as soon as a property that matches your requirements becomes available.

We firmly believe in offering tenants a stress free experience throughout their time with us, starting with trying to find a suitable property through the referencing and sign up process and continuing on right through the tenancy. All of our tenants are assigned a specialist Lettings Consultant who will be on hand to help them with any issues that may arise during the course of their tenancy with us. In addition, tenants have the assurance that our dedicated Repairs and Maintenance Department are on hand if any problems do arise with their accommodation.

The Process

  1. 1. REGISTER The first step to letting Bush Management help you find your ideal home is to register with us online, via telephone or face to face in our City Centre office. Once you have registered we will then be able to book property viewings on your behalf and notify you of any suitable properties as soon as they become available.

  2. 2. REFERENCING After viewing a property, if you decide that you would like to proceed with an application, we will require you to pay a referencing fee of £50 per person and an administration fee of £130. This ensures that no other potential tenants can view the property and that it is removed from our website and various property portals whilst we carry out the necessary referencing. Provided referencing is satisfactory, we would then contact you to agree a move-in date, subject to contract, and draw up the necessary documentation for signature. Unlike some other agents Bush Management do not charge any "check in" or "renewal" fees.

  3. 3. MOVING IN On the day your tenancy is due to begin, you will be required to make your first rental payment (calculated on a pro-rata basis for the first month and payable on the first day of each month thereafter). You will also pay the equivalent of one month’s rent as a damage deposit, which is registered and held under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. Once all the documentation has been completed, you will be given your Tenant Information Pack which contains all the information you may require during your tenancy including the contact details of your appointed Lettings Consultant, how to report a repair and useful contact numbers.
