Bush Management believe that students have the right to be treated the same as other tenants even though their requirements differ. Students 1st is a tailor made lettings service especially designed by Bush Management and developed in conjunction with the University of East Anglia's Students Union to cater to those particular needs of students.
Students have enough pressures to cope with when moving away from home and obtaining their degrees without their accommodation causing additional stress. Our specialist Student Lettings Consultants are on hand to guide you through every step, from finding the right property, booking appointments to view the property, moving you in and dealing with any requirements throughout the term of your tenancy. Should any problems arise during the course of your tenancy there is help on hand from both our Student Lettings Consultants and our dedicated Maintenance and Repairs Department.
As many university students study away from their home town, all student properties are fully furnished with most individual bedrooms having a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair. Kitchens are also equipped with a cooker, fridge and washing machine. Many of our student properties also benefit from a garden. We have a wide variety of student properties on our books, ranging from 3 person properties right through to those large enough for 6 sharers.
To keep life simple, rents for student properties are calculated on an individual basis, with each student paying their rent directly to Bush Management and are inclusive of a TV Licence. Bush Management also waive the normal tenancy fee which is payable by tenants as we believe students have enough to pay for already.
Bush Management are members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme for Regulated Agents (TDSRA) giving students and their parents the peace of mind in knowing that they will receive a fair deal through independent adjudication when they rent their student accommodation through us.
To make life easier all students can expect:
- Specialist Student Letting Consultants to assist them at every stage of their tenancy
- A dedicated Maintenance Department to handle repairs
- No tenancy fees will be charged to them
- TV Licence to be provided with the tenancy
- Gas and Electrical Safety Certificates to be provided with the tenancy
