Gas Safety Certificate
If your property has a gas supply you are required by law to have the equipment tested annually under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1994 as amended by the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations Amendment 1996. We can arrange this on your behalf at preferential rates.
Energy Performance Certificate
From 1st October 2008 all properties offered for rent must obtain an Energy Performance Certificate before marketing can commence. In practice this means that landlords will need to provide prospective new tenants with a certificate relating to each property in order that they can assess how energy efficient the property is when selecting the house or flat they would like to rent. We can arrange this on your behalf at preferential rates.
