If you would also like us to collect and account for your rent then its our "LET AND COLLECT" service that you require. If however you are one of those landlords who like to maintain their distance and not be involved in dealing directly with your tenants we offer our "LET AND MANAGE" service whereby we take the pressure off you completely so your tenant deals directly through our office and we organise repairs and other property related matters on your behalf.
